Return and refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy so you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your product.

In order to return your item, it must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the issue.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Some types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), specialty items (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalised items such as name rings, wedding rings, necklaces and gift cards on sale.


Changes
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you have and make a separate purchase for the new product after the return is accepted.


14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without giving any justification within 14 days. As stated above, your product must be in the same condition as when it was received, i.e. unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
